Bling it On with Anjolee Jewels!

If you haven't realized it by now, I'm a little bit obsessed with jewelry. Before I even started working with my mother making handmade jewelry, I always was "bling-ed" out. I think I got that trait from my mother, actually. She not one of those mom's who have a full face of makeup or struts around in high heels... but from the day we (myself and my sisters) got our ears pierced there has been 2 rules in our house. 1. Never leave the house without eyeliner... and 2. Always have a pair of earrings on.

Strict mother, I know.

So you can see that my love for anything shiny has been with me for as long as I can remember. In honor of my love of jewels, and the fact that summer is quickly approaching,  I wanted to put together a little "gift guide" of some special gems you can get your fine lady this summer; whether it be for your anniversary, birthday, or just because.

For all of you reading this, yes, I do have a summer birthday, and sure, I'd be A-Okay with you buying me any of these lovelies.

Anything that has diamonds, makes me look like one of those cartoon characters that has gems floating through their eyes... just call me Dopy.

 2. Diamond Hoop Earrings (because my mother did teach me right... never leave the house without them!)

In the summer more than normal, I tend to have extremely big hair.. this humidity is not my friend. So having a pretty hoop on makes me think people will look at the sparkle first, before realizing I may look like a poodle.

3.  My absolute favorite... a simple Shiny Circle Bracelet

I love a simple, delicate bracelet. Lately, I've been wearing more gold rather than silver. I feel like in the summer months, I like to go a bit more "bohemian" with the gold and brass looks rather than silver all the time (which is how I usually am the rest of the year). This bracelet would be perfect arm candy stacked with some gemstone bangles and maybe some turquoise rings.
